Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

We are specifically looking for a Technical Program Manager for our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) organization to join the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure in Seattle. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of GRC programs that will support the Cloud Infrastructure product offering.
Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) Operations TPM
Role includes assisting the GRC team with the development and maintenance of a growing number of programs within and external to the team. Working with multiple teams within the organization to incorporate security and compliance requirements into systems, processes, and procedures of those teams, including audit remediation, framework controls, and compliance best practices. Engagement with other technical program managers, subject matter experts, and managers on projects and programs in varying stages of the design, implementation, and release phases. Role includes reporting up and out and often for GRC and up through varying levels of management.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
-Bachelor Degree or equivalent
-CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPP desired
-7-10 years related experience
-5 years program management experience
-Formal training in project/program management
-Experience with Atlassian tools such as JIRA and Confluence, desired.
-Experience in IT or Cloud and fluency in operational, security, compliance, or engineering program management.
-Strong working knowledge of Cloud IT processes and Cloud IT infrastructure
-Proven ability to combine business acumen, technical acumen and process expertise to define client (internal/external) engagement and program execution
-Demonstrated ability to achieve results through cross-functional, virtual teams
-Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules
-Strong bias toward action, flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment
-Superior communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation)
