Develops project plans and coordinates cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Prefer 5 years of project management or related experience.

The Business Planning Project Manager will oversee and lead some global strategic projects associated with Hosting to Cloud migrations.

The role will support the existing Customer Success Management and Sales teams by providing key organisational support to significant change projects, allowing the CSM and Sales to lead customer communication and maintain day-to-day ownership of Customer environments.

The Business Planning Project Manager develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, delivering on-time delivery.

Will also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and/or communications.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, the ideal candidate will need to be educated to Degree level (or equivalent) and demonstrate independent judgment and a strong competence in the Project Management field.

They may have previously held a Senior Project Management role and or supervised lower level personnel, typically having a minimum of 5 years of project management or related experience needed.

Coordinating all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery, the Projects often involve initial assessment, solution management, interactions with Sales, Cloud, consulting, support, product and development teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing change in large rollout deployments. Knowledge of Oracle Hospitality suite of Cloud products including OPERA, Simphony and associated products is an advantage but not a requirement.
