IBM IAM Specialist in Montreal, Canada
Job Description
The IAM Specialist participates in the implementation of the client's business requirements into specific systems, applications or process designs. This includes working as a team member with client personnel and other IBM teams. This position requires intimate knowledge of Identity and Access Management products and their supporting platforms.
The candidate will demonstrate strong IT consulting and technical troubleshooting skills, the ability to act as a trusted client advisor and the ability to shift smoothly between roles as advisory team member, team technical lead, and project lead as required.
The Candidate should possess expert level skills across the IBM Identity and Access stack such as ISIM, ISAM, ISAM for EBusines, Webseal, TAMESSO, TFIM and finally Aveksa CyberArk, Sailpoint. Additional skills in TDI scripting, Java coding, Directories, Certificates, PKI, mobility and encryption are highly desirable. Skills and experience with competitive products (Oracle/SUN, CA and Microsoft) are beneficial.
Candidates must have strong organization skills and be able to multi-task effectively. Must have strong communications skills - written/verbal.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
English Fluent (oral & written)
English and French Fluent (Verbal and Written) for Montreal location
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Canadian Permanent Resident
At least 3 -5 years experience in 3 of the following ISAM, ISAM for Ebusiness, ISIM, TFIM, ESSO, Aveksa, CyberArk, SailPoint
At least 1 year experience in Systems Integration and application development
Readiness to travel 50% travel annually
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
At least 5 year experience in 3 of the following ISAM, ISAM for Ebusiness, ISIM, TFIM, ESSO CyberArk, Sailpoint, Aveksa
At least 3 years experience in Statement of Work development
At least 3 years experience with TDI scripting
At least 3 years experience in Java coding
Certified in CISSP, SSCP, CISA or CISM
Bilingual (French English)
