We have an immediate career opportunity for a full-time Bilingual (French/English) Call Centre Agent. The ideal candidate will be able to work varying day shifts during the week.
The Call Centre Agent will operate out of our Montreal, Quebec location and will report directly to the Supervisor, National Client Services. This position is primarily responsible for managing front line customer service requests to both internal and external customers while using multiple systems and reports.

You will be working independently from our branch facility as part of our call centre team, where you will focus on providing excellent front line customer service. The successful candidate will execute daily security protocols and complete various customer requests and reporting.
The successful incumbent will have a College/University Diploma and a minimum of 5 years in a customer service role. Computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word is preferred and limited MS Access) and the ability to type 30+ words per minute are essential for this role. You must be able to communicate effectively in both French and English, both oral and written and have excellent telephone skills. The ability to work under pressure to meet time restrictions is critical.
