Position Description

We currently have an immediate opening in our Sales division. We are seeking a Bilingual Product Manager to be located in our Canadian Head Office in Mississauga or our Montreal Branch. Reporting to the Director, Offer, Design & Development, the incumbent will be responsible for the deployment of all solutions, training and services as they pertain to the retail solutions portfolio. The Bilingual Product Manager will take ownership of all the elements that have an impact on the execution and activation of different service orientations. These elements include, a data base of all hardware and managing the planning & implementation activity to ensure that the customer, Brink’s and our partners are fully aware of the requirements and timelines.

You will have the opportunity to:

 Perform cash room assessments to create business cases and return-on-investment documents for prospective customers

 Maintain a data base of all CompuSafe and related products

 Ensure information is accurate and conforms to specific standards

 Interface between all Brink’s branches to capture service requirements

 Perform monthly reconciliation of the data base

 Be the single point of contact for all changes

 Manage relationships with vendors and provide training programs

 Maintain communication between clients for the purpose of scheduling activity (site inspections, installs, training, etc.)

 Monitor the schedule to ensure vendors and activation teams are acting in accordance with the requirements and timeline

 Manage vendor service levels

 Escalate to ensure all branches meet their timelines

 Manage the accounting authorization process including generation, sign-off and tracking

 Make recommendations for any process improvements

Position Qualifications

 Post-Secondary education with some Finance and IT experience

 Fully Bilingual in (French and English)

 Strong personal initiative and team building skills to motivate others

 Solid customer service orientation

 Proficient computer skills and substantial knowledge of Excel

 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

 Strong communication skills (verbal/written)

 Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging business environment

 Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and standards
