Job Description

Cintas is seeking an Account Executive to manage the business relationship with key customer accounts. Responsibilities include ensuring constant satisfaction with specific accounts by proactively visiting large or high volume customers for goodwill and retention purposes; serving as the main regional point of contact between key accounts customer touch points for the purpose of monitoring, retaining and establishing sound working relationships. Primary goals are customer satisfaction and issue resolution, retention, quality control and relationship building.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma/GED

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Qualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) (US) or Provincial requirements (Canada) for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.

In order to comply with DOT requirements (US), qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

  • Have an active driver's license

  • Be at least 21 years of age

  • Obtain a DOT medical certification

  • Provide documentation regarding their previous employment

In order to comply with Provincial requirements (Canada), qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:

  • Possess a valid driver's license in good standing

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 1 year of sales experience

  • Experience in a similar sales or customer service role

  • Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted

Education

High School Diploma/GED (+11 years)
