Work you ll do/Responsibilities
The SAP APO (Advanced Planning and Optimization) Analyst will analyze issues and develop and implement solutions for our client organization as part of the Global SCM Support Team. It is expected to be a primary contributor in issue resolution and proactive solution development.
Responsible for supporting and independently completing project tasks
Identifies key drivers of a defined, straightforward problem and proposing solutions
Identifies and solves problems using analysis, experience, and decision making
Selects the most relevant tools/techniques to meet specific client requirements
Understands the benefits of using state of the art methods and tools and their application on a particular engagement; contributes to continuous development of methods and tools
Manages work to work plans for components on engagements
May independently own a work stream, reviewing, and potentially directing the work of more junior staff
Develops solutions to client problems through application of methods and tools; validates solutions to subject matter experts
Demonstrates accountability and contributions to the successful realization of client goals
Our SAP team focuses on design, implementation, and on-going operations and maintenance of SAP applications and technology. Professionals will have hands-on access and exposure to the latest technologies and thought leaders.
We work with clients who want to improve their ability to react on digital world and enable scalability, remove performance barriers, enable innovation, and modernize core systems and reimagine their business with SAP digital solutions. Applications include SAP S/4HANA and Cloud (Hybris, Ariba, IBP, SuccessFactors, and SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud) across the following capabilities:
Customer and Sales Operations
Technology (Mobility and User Experience, Cloud and Virtualization, Data Management and Analytics)
7 years of experience in SAP APO, Production Planning and Demand Scheduling(PP/DS), SNP (Supply Network Planning), DP(Demand Planning), BI, SAP Production Planning data requirements and dependencies in addition to knowledge of Characteristics based planning.
Design, configure, implement, and test APO and Demand and Production Planning areas of SAP
Demonstrated understanding of MRP, requirements list, and associated master data
Experience in two or more of the following APO and SAP Modules Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), Quality Management (QM)
Manage the development/configuration and maintenance of application systems by conducting meetings with users to determine their system requirements.
Analyze, evaluate, and modify existing or proposed systems and related devices.
Apply technical knowledge to all phases of systems analysis and consider the business implications of the application to the current and future business environment
Demonstrated ability to work independently and under pressure and to manage multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities while dealing with changing priorities
