Copywriter/PR-specialist – Russia
Copywriter with PR-role will develop, write, localize and execute all types of text materials to support PR-activities, key company messages and promote them across key channels, including traditional and digital media, social media, blogs, forums, corporate resources, and external company stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate who can write about complicated technologies easily, engaging and focusing on business value.
Write columns, articles, interviews in Russian based on corporate company materials in Eng and Rus, video, speeches, etc. to meet requirements and formats of media and resources selected as key for company
Develop content plan and prepare content for company blog in Russian
Develop and maintain relationship with business, digital, personas, industrial media and ecosystem to create effective press coverage
Proactively seek inputs, news ideas to develop new content assets as well as new local channels and influential recourses to place them
Navigate thru all corporate resources and quickly analyze all available information to select most relevant ideas and materials supporting key company messages to create texts
Effectively collaborate with key local and global content owners, speakers and company representatives to maximize utilization of their expertise and deliver high quality content supporting key company and product messages
Contribute in PR-activities, be an effective member of the team providing necessary administrative support such as uploading and distributing press releases and blogs, compiling necessary reports in corporate format (coverage, expense, accounting, etc.), system requests, internal newsletters; follow all corporate policies, easily use corporate systems and procedures to support everyday work.
Minimum 4 years of writing experience (preferably for digital or business media)
Excellent written and verbal Russian
Excellent verbal and written English
Willing to write about IT and B2B and explain value of innovations for business
Ability to use and analyze large volumes of information and understand company content
SMM and PR-experience as a plus
Self-organized and balanced
Responsible and accurate
Ability to work under pressure and time-bound
Advanced Microsoft Office user
HTML-skills as a plus
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Assist with planning and management of pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage standard / moderately complex advertising campaigns and arrange sign off with country / regional management. Anticipate problems when dealing with relatively complex projects, propose and develop business driven solutions to overcome them. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support to others managing partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years relevant experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, two years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry company.
