Oracle Marketing Manager, Security - N.A. Marketing in Mount Laurel, New Jersey
Responsible for digital marketing of products or services in support of Oracle's demand generation strategy using tools to optimize marketing strategies and enhance the customer experience with new technology platforms and innovations.
Responsible for digital marketing activities to optimize the online user experience, increase marketing effectiveness. Executes online marketing programs such as search optimization (paid and natural search), affiliated marketing, social marketing, and viral marketing to create buzz and inbound demand responses. Drive traffic which ultimately generates sales pipeline. Translates ideas used in demand generation into promotional marketing campaigns and advertising personas. Ensures localized content is leveraged for all digital marketing channels including, web, social, paid advertising and outbound emails Conducts analysis for programs effectiveness and uses the findings for market site enhancements and to leverage optimization of all digital programs. Collects and analyzes digital/internet/website/mobile data and statistics which monitor and measure the performance of digital traffic and activities to support marketing and campaign optimization, lead generation for sales, product and engineering teams for continuous improvements to product and data driven decision making. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations on optimizing the user experience and help drive business outcomes. Monitors and analyzes site performance and reviews tracking metrics to provide solutions to increase search engine ranking and creating marketing personas/audience profiles. Researches and evaluates new technology trends and identifies new optimization opportunities.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years related experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent. Proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture and mobile platforms.

Seeking aMarketingManagerto support Oracle sSecuritymarketing strategy and campaign execution. This individual will help shape the marketing strategy that includesmessaging, market intelligence, sales enablement, and go to market related tonew offering in configuration, compliance, identity, and CASB. This role will interface andcollaborate with sales, sales consulting, product marketing, product managementand business development to develop, adapt, and execute highly effectivemarketing programs and events that increase market awareness, generate demand,accelerate pipeline, and grow sales revenue in North America.
This marketing contributor shouldunderstand multiple personas and business segments, know how to design accountbased strategy plans, and be able to drive integrated marketing programs. Thisperson will also need to report weekly on campaign metrics and KPIs that tracktowards quarterly goals.
Essential functions include but may not be limited to:
Support marketing strategy for Oracle s Security pillar
Build and execute campaign strategy, value propositions and messaging, contact acquisition strategy, and content that drive results.
Define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Identify - and adjust - appropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience, generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and grow and close pipeline.
Drive strategy for integrated digital, ABM, and event strategies.
Budgeting and reporting - Proactively communicate the impact of overall marketing programs in terms of key performance goals (pipeline, opportunities generated, revenue) on a monthly, quarterly, FY basis.
Bachelor sdegree, MBA preferred.
5 years ofexperience working in B2B marketing.
Cloudsecurity background with cloud security services experience andknowledge of CASB, UEBA, GDPR, IAM, IDS, NGFW, etc.
Executionoriented, creative, and able to bring innovative ideas of how to engage a fastpaced, high growth market segment to build awareness and demand.
Provensuccess (pipeline & revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generationcampaigns, including digital, events and ABM execution.
Strongunderstanding of lead generation and flow within a B2B organization.
Analyticalmindset with ability to track and report on marketing performance metrics aswell as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI.
Writingexperience: email marketing, direct marketing copy, and massaging productcontent into easy-to-understand benefits
Expertise inmanaging projects across various, regionally distributed teams
Excellentrelationship management skills with ability to build rapport, influence anddeepen relationships with stakeholders
Experiencewith CRM and marketing automation systems, Eloqua a plus.
Strong anddisciplined project management and process improvement capabilities.
