Develops and manages the Oracle Support relationship with a designated large account or small number of medium accounts throughout engagement. Maximizes the customers use of Support Services, drives high degree of satisfaction and referenceability, and to protects and enhances Support revenue streams.
Main contact for Oracle customers. Manages the contract, or delivery engagement as defined by Oracle Service Support (OSS). Develops and maintains relationships with senior management across lines of business and third parties. Plans and deploys support activities to ensure effective delivery within agreed budgetary constraints. Advises the account on effective and efficient way to use Oracle support services and products, tools, systems, interfaces, and procedures. Assures and improves the quality of the service, and maintains accurate account information. Communicates opportunities for customers to engage with Oracle such as technical events and business seminars. Assists in the renewal of Support contracts, and contributes to pre-sales activities.
8-12 years relevant work experience. Strong account management skills acquired through advanced training, study and experience. Extensive exposure to medium accounts needing subtle management often in difficult circumstances.

TheOracle CloudImplementation Success Managerposition is a strategic, highly-visible individual contributor role that utilizes excellent customer facing, communication as well as hands-on project management skills. Oracle's Cloud Implementation Success Organization is a focused group of Cloud Implementation Success experts whose mission is to drive successful Oracle Public Cloud utilization through the proactive management of all facets of the customer s implementation lifecycle. Reporting into the Director of Implementation Success, the ISM will be responsible for working closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the Oracle Cloud services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction. This role will multitask and handle multiple (up to eight) active client engagements at one time. Experience for this role includes Project Management, Cloud Implementations, and the ability to review customer s project plans, governance structure, team composition and other project related artifacts and properly assess implementation risks and provide the appropriate level of best practice guidance and knowledge to shape their project for success. In addition, the skills and experience needed to coach and mentor the customer and partner on effective and efficient ways to use Oracle Cloud Operations and Support services and the products, tools, systems, interfaces, and procedures that are needed for them to effectively manage their cloud services. Engaging with customer and partner executive management teams will be a critical component of this role and therefore, having experience with executive communications and interactions, a strong executive presence and effective communication and negotiation skills will be extremely important.
The Implementation Success Manager serves as the:
Primary Oracle Point of Contact during a Cloud implementation project for the North America Applications Line of Business, providing cloud implementation best practice advice and project management expertise, working with customers and partners, throughout the implementation phase of their Oracle Cloud customer lifecycle. This role will be servicing implementations of large and complex cloud solutions.
As the Primary Oracle Point of Contact for the engagement, their key responsibilities will include working with the Customer, Partner and Oracle stakeholders (Cloud Operations, Support, Development, and Sales) to assist our customers in delivering successful cloud solutions and ultimately translating to reference-able cloud customers.
The Preferred Qualifications include:
Ideal candidate will have at least 1 Oracle Cloud functional or technical certification in Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM or CX products
3 years implementing/managing cloud applications
Project Management Certification, Training or Experience in Cloud System Implementations
Training or Experience on Cloud Support Management processes
Risk Management Certification, Training or Experience
Proven track record of working with multiple Oracle Lines of Business (Cloud Operations, Support, Development and Sales)
Proven ability to utilize the True Cloud Method (TCM) to drive implementation or other Oracle Cloud Implementation Methods.
Strong Executive presence and experience communicating with C Level Executives.
Exceptional Communication Skills
Proven ability with successful Negotiation
Degree in Business or other related degree or equivalent years of experience
Travel: Yes, up to 35% of the Time
