Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.
As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. You will be responsible for defining and developing software for tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Principal Technical Program Manager
We are looking for a seasoned Principal TechnicalProgram manager (TPM) with a strong customer, engineering, security andCompliance background to join our efforts in supporting Oracle s Analytics organizationand external customers to the Oracle cloud. The Oracle AnalyticsCloud Security and Compliance organization is responsible for securingenterprise-grade software services on behalf of our customers, including Oracleitself. As a Principal Technical Program Manager,you will work with enterprise constituents across Oracle s lines of business tolearn, educate, advise and participate in Security and Compliance requirementsand drive back into Oracle Analytic organization.
Participate in customer engagements leveragingyour security and Compliance expertise.
Translate new customer requirements and feedbackinto technical requirements and long-term product strategy.
Define and pursue automation and integrationopportunities.
Work closely with engineering teams to develop,maintain and execute a related roadmap round Security and Compliance.
You will be working across a hybrid teamthat understands our business and its objectives, to lead us through Securityand Compliance planning and designing technical solutions to solve thebusiness s problems in a very agile, fast-paced, and collaborativeenvironment. The position relies heavily on influence to driveproject deliverables.
The successful candidate must have exceptional PMand engineering experience in Security and Compliance, problem-solving skills,strong business judgment, and notable experience collaborating incross-functional teams with a focus on large corporate and enterprisecustomers.

Consulting on secure design and Compliance
Providing expertise concerning approved securesolutions, applicable standards and similar
Reviewing designs for compliance with corporateand line of business security policy and standards
You will work within the Oracle Analytics organizationand with broader Oracle security and Compliance communities, including securityarchitects in product development, corporate security architecture and Governance,Risk and compliance teams, to share knowledge, contribute to Oracle security andCompliance standards and disseminate information to encourage good securitydesign and practices
You will partner closely with your peers inboth Oracle Analytics and OCI engineering and operations to drive the rightarchitecture, designs and deployment optimization to ensure our applicationsand services are secure (Security) by default and using the latest cloudsecurity innovation, protocols and components to meet Compliance.
Product and/or cloud service software developmentexperience over multiple release cycles or lifecycles.
Deep technical understanding of security andCompliance engineering, deployment, operation best practices and Audits.
Consulting and/or enterprise architecturebackground, able to quickly digest complex issues and provide meaningfulguidance
Strong knowledge of Compliance Audits processes,drive audits to completion, , provide evidence and follow remediation andchange
Ability to work independently, defining andmanaging one s own work while still providing transparency and accountabilityto management and other interested parties
Ability to work across and engage individuals andteams located across multiple geographies and or cultures.
Excellent oral and written communications skillsand experience interacting with both business and Development/Engineeringindividuals at all levels including the executive level.

Degree in computerscience or related field
5-10 years experience in Program,Project Management, leading small to large Infrastructure, Online, or Cloudservice implementations
5-10 years experience in Security andCompliance services (Audits)
Possession of or willingness to obtainvalid industry acknowledged PM, Security and Compliance certification.
Effective communication andcollaboration skills with all levels of management
Ability to apply independent and soundbusiness judgement to solve complex issues
Ability to work independently withminimal supervision required and can lead cross-functional teams to completeprojects and major initiatives using judgement, experience, and leadershipskills
Concrete understanding of audittimelines, milestones, evidence, and other related deliverables
