We are looking for a creative and results driven Modern

Marketer to lead Oracle’s marketing programs for our ERPM Cloud Solutions (ERP,

Enterprise Performance Management and Supply Chain Management) in Germany and

Switzerland (DECH). With a focus on field marketing strategies, you will be

able to demonstrate the ability to further establish Oracle’s brand and to

generate sales leads and pipeline with customers and prospects. You will be

accountable for all field marketing programs & activities, driving

awareness and demand generation, focusing on our named accounts but also

supporting the field activities of Oracle Digital, our inside sales organization,

in the DECH region. You will be using various tactics and instruments including

Account Based Marketing (ABM) for the larger accounts, digital marketing,

social media and events (own and third-party) as well as influencer marketing.

You will also be driving and executing competitive programs in both markets.

As part of the EMEA SaaS

North Field Marketing Team, the ERPM Field Marketing Manager DECH will report

to the SaaS Field Marketing Director DECH with a dotted line to the EMEA ERPM

Marketing Director. The role’s success relies on working closely with all key

stakeholders including: DECH Field Sales Organization, Sales Development, Oracle

Digital, Demand Generation, PR, Social Media & Marketing Operations. You

will lead a large virtual team rather than direct reports.

Strong organizational

and project management skills are required to ensure that the designed high

return marketing programs & activities are executed across the DECH region with

proven ROI to support Oracle’s overall sales strategies. The ERPM Field Marketing

Manager role is accountable for the planning and efficient execution of integrated

marketing programs expanding Oracle’s footprint and revenue within the lines of

business of large and medium accounts across DECH. You will need to ensure that

the ERPM marketing plan is fully integrated with the overall EMEA Marketing

strategy and that the Sales teams have fully bought into it and committed to

support the successful execution. Your success will be measured with a set of

KPIs reflecting marketing’s contribution to pipeline, progression of

opportunities, influenced opportunities and the pipe to spend ratio resulting

in strong revenue growth impact in Germany and Switzerland.

MainResponsibilities

  • Planning, execution and controlling of field

marketing tactics and activities for the ERPM pillar in Germany and Switzerland

  • Planning and execution of Account Based

Marketing activities in alignment with sales teams

  • Generation of qualified sales leads and

opportunities working closely with the inbound and ABM marketing teams in

Dublin and Amsterdam

  • Building an event strategy (own and

third-party) in close collaboration with Sales and Sales Development, ensuring

a successful execution and meeting KPIs

  • Setting up social media campaigns to engage

with target audiences and boost planned events

  • Design and execution of email nurturing

programs

  • Increase of marketing influenced pipeline by

tracking results and closely working with Sales

  • Improvement of volume and data quality of

target groups (reachable contacts) by running relevant programs to increase the

number of contacts and opt-ins

  • Review and localization of regional campaigns

for the German and the Swiss market

  • Monitor, analyze and report onperformance of each campaign & activity and communicate results andplan for improvement; check lead quality and sales follow-up, and actiontimely if required

  • Use Customer References Stories, use (local)

asset library with up to date Relevant Content (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)

  • Close collaboration with the Global Marketing

Shared Services (GMSS) center and Marketing Operations

Qualifications

  • Masterdegree or executive MBA with a focus on Sales, Marketing orBusiness preferred

  • Strongknowledge of the various marketing disciplines especially Account Based Marketing,field marketing and digital marketing incl. social media and nurturecampaigns

  • Strong business acumen, analytical competency andinfluencing skills; able to focus on the detail as well as the biggerpicture

  • Demonstrablecompetencies in Enterprise Applications Marketing – preferably in aninternational environment; experienced in developing and executingintegrated modern marketing plans for IT companies based on business needs

  • Deepunderstanding of audience strategies and segmentation for the completebuying cycle Experience with ERP/EPM and SCM solutions and the finance andprocurement audiences is a plus.

  • Strong project planning and execution skills,with a strong sense of project ownership and ability to anticipatepossible roadblocks and provide viable solutions

  • Excellent organizational skills with the abilityto prioritize, multitask and manage time effectively, and keep schedulesand projects in order and up to speed

  • Experienceof using modern marketing and sales processes and systems, preferredexperience with Eloqua

  • Experienceof working with third party suppliers and managing & motivatingagencies to push creative barriers in communicating with customers

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Plans, executes, and measures demand generation marketing programs to grow sales pipeline and revenue for Field Sales organization.

Meets with Sales leaders to create strategic marketing plan in Sales support of pipeline and revenue objectives. Participant in regular pipeline and forecast review meetings. Develops and implements tactical marketing programs in conjunction with Sales, Channels, Product Marketing, Product Management, Oracle Direct (Telesales), and external influencers such as user groups and industry trade associations. Provides onsite execution support for marketing programs. Tracks lead flow to ensure the appropriate Sales channels are following up with event attendees and campaign responders in a timely manner. Creates and manages program budget, measures ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. Acts as a virtual team liaison for corporate business initiatives, programs and launches. Communicates program status, action items, and deliverables across Field Marketing team and Sales.

Proven track record executing multi-faceted event programs. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to provide consultative input to senior Sales leaders. Basic understanding of business management and operations, including finance/revenue/pipeline principles. Able to engage customers in dialogue about their business needs and IT solutions. Excellent written and verbal skills, and ability to work on far-flung virtual teams. Moderate technical and strategic understanding of Technology, Applications, and Industry solutions being marketed. Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes from event design to execution to lead flow.
