Inside Oracle – we are a fast-growing, fast moving product strategy group focused on designing and delivering Oracle’s next generation cybersecurity products for our infrastructure-as-a-service cloud. We are on a mission to deliver a massively scalable global cybersecurity platform. Our platform is based on state of the art artificial intelligence techniques, and includes application security, DDoS protection, identify protection, etc.
In the IaaS product strategy group, we are looking for a seasoned leader to lead across the entire Oracle suite of security products and the IaaS Edge business. The goal is to quickly integrate the capabilities of the recent Zenedge acquisition to the rest of the business and define external partnerships and integrations for greatly improved revenue and time to market. In this role, your ability to work across business strategy, development, engineering, customer success and marketing organizations seamlessly and effectively will define your success.
This role is very strategic to the organization and provides for the future growth of the company. In this role, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
Build the strategic roadmap and priorities into the IaaS security edge.
Evangelize Oracle security product strategy, within and outside the organization
Create though-leadership strategic content, build community, overlay customer engagements
Be an expert in cloud/security IaaS edge - able to demonstrate both end user use cases and partner use cases.
Collaborate across partners, internal stakeholders, and the product management leaders as a unique voice of the customer and devops voice of the partner.

3 years of product strategy or product management experience desired.
Deep understanding of the global cloud businesses and cloud trends.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements:
As a Principal Product Manager in the product strategy group, you will lead Integrations across the entire Oracle suite of products and the IaaS Edge business. You will gather requirements across business development, engineering, customer success and marketing organizations for integrations into Oracle properties and third party hardware and software vendors. You will also assist in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives and regularly interact across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. You will collaborate across partners and the product strategy leaders as a unique voice of the customer and devops voice of the partner.
Define and document the framework, requirements, and success criteria as the primary interface between partners, business development and engineering. Be an expert in IaaS edge security products with the ability to demonstrate IaaS product API’s and user interfaces to provide architecture and technical expertise.
Provide leadership and expertise in the strategic direction of new security products/services/processes for Oracle, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 3 or more years of software engineering or related experience. MBA is a plus.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.
