Business Unit Introduction:
Our Globally integrated IBM Cognitive Process Services team provides offshore, nearshore and onshore solutions to Client delivery service requirements across industries and geographies. With various streams under F&A (Finance and Administration) we excel in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), Order to Cash (O2C)along with Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), Recruitment Process Outsourcing HR/learnings and Integrated Source to Pay Operations for our Clients.
Who you are:
You will be actively involved in Back office operation
What you’ll do:
You will be involved in Processing of Import/Export/Document checking trade finance transactions following the process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Initial scrutiny/verification of documents.
Retrieval of transactions from Filenet, Input/ updating of data into iVision.
Input data in filenet and forward for validation.
Creation of SWIFT messages.
Creation of discrepancy notes
You need to do Retrieval of transactions from Filenet and Validation of transaction.
Scrutiny / verification of documents. Authorize transactions (Validation of data in iVision).
Ensure prompt error free/accurate transaction processing while meeting the prescribed turnaround times and service delivery standards.
Identify transactions as “complex” wherever applicable.
Create and send throwbacks Sending transactions back to the in putter for review wherever necessary.
Ensure adherence to internal guidelines and ICC guidelines.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Highlight to DHS (Deputy Head of Section) any procedural modifications that may be required from time to time.
Participate and contribute in Continuous Improvement initiatives driven by Territory Manager
