The McKesson Technology Agile Center of Excellence team is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support training and Program Increment (PI) Planning activities within the Office of the CIO.
The role will be responsible for coordination of Agile training logistics including, but not limited to conference room reservations and training supply ordering, Training Center (WebEx) setup, Coordination with McKesson Center for Learning to load content to LMS, executing training tracking reports, creating / distributing training invitations, tracking registration and final attendance, maintaining training demand for scheduling, distributing / summarizing training evaluations, publishing of training documentation to final repository, maintaining the centralized Training calendar and managing the enterprise SAFe training licenses.
This role will also maintain a centralized PI Planning calendar and work with Release Train Engineers (RTEs) and/or Meeting & Events representative for specific PI Planning logistics including, but not limited to conference room reservations, hotel identification/scoping, supply ordering, and guiding RTEs to appropriate PI Planning resources.
The scope of the McKesson Technology Agile Center of Excellence is expanding, with this role presenting development opportunities for the right candidate as the Agile Transformation across McKesson gains momentum.
Maintains and publishes Agile training & PI Planningschedule
Reserves conference rooms for Instructor Led training and/orPI Planning sessions
Orders appropriate supplies for training and/or PI Planningsessions
Sets up WebEx training center, if applicable
Coordinates with McKesson Center for Learning to loadtraining details to Learning Management System
Actively looking for opportunities to improve and streamlinethe processes supporting Agile Training and PI Planning
Executes training tracking reports, tracks registration andfinal attendance
Distributes / summarizes training evaluations
Publishes training documentation to final repository
Coordinate and collaborate with Release Train Engineersand/or Meeting & Events representative for specific PI Planning logistics
Scope / identify hotel or other offsite facilities for PIPlanning, as applicable
Provide guidance to RTEs regarding appropriate PI Planningresources
Manages inquiries from a centralized mailbox
Assists with other activities, as needed
Highly proficient with Office 365 products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Superior knowledge of general office practice and business etiquette
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to collaborate with all levels in the organization

Additional Knowledge & Skills
Training background preferable
Knowledge of Agile practices a plus
