This position is for the Local Number Portability Departmentlocated in Murfreesboro, TN. In this role you will assist customers with retaining their phone number when switching to Verizon Wireless. What we’re looking for...

  • Previous Customer Service Experience

  • Must be available to work evening hours and both weekend days

  • Associates degree or higher preferred

  • Ability to multi-task and use on-line resources

  • Ability to troubleshoot billing and equipment questions

  • Strong problem solving and decision making skills

  • Ability to handle large volume of work while maintaining focus on the customer

  • Must have reliable & predictable attendance
