Oracle Manager - Enablement - NetSuite Professional Services in Nashua, New Hampshire

As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery.

Provide engagement delivery services both as an individual and as a team member. Services include identifying needs, developing, influencing and implementing proposals. Able to lead, support and participate on project teams.

Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. A BS or BA in related fields. 7-9 years overall experience in functional or technical role. Two years experience in multi-dimensional issue resolution. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Willing to travel regionally with some national travel.

As a key leadership member in the Oracle NetSuite Global Business Unit (GBU) Enablement organization, this position is primarily responsible for a strategic enablement program, its vision, performance, and direction. In this role, you will oversee the design, development, and execution of a new, global enablement curriculum and the various training projects that are provided to the practice; ensuring consistent delivery and experiences across locations and in collaboration with the larger Enablement Organization. On occasion, you will assist in facilitating training activities delivered to the practice. You will also work to ensure seamless team management and development. You will provide guidance and coaching to the team; ensuring clarity around priorities and goals for the entire program as well as talent development.

Responsibilities include:

  • Define the learning strategy for the program; manage team and partners to build curriculum and execute projects

  • Drive program and participant success; investing in the success of the team and going above and beyond to mentor the team

  • Motivate individuals to succeed through impassioned leadership, coaching, creativity and broadcast of program results

  • Lead and evaluate staff

  • Spearhead new initiatives within the program that will advance the goals of the Program or Practice

  • Work effectively and cross-functionally across the organization; earning trust and building relationships throughout

  • Make process recommendations to achieve operational excellence

  • Utilize data analytics and business intelligence to measure performance and drive success

  • Help develop and adhere to a budget for Program activities

  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the capabilities of NetSuite solution offerings

  • Preferred Qualifications include: *

  • Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to work in a global, team environment

  • Experience in a functional training role with emphasis on technology and business process training development, design, and delivery

  • Strong presentation, training and group facilitation skills; familiar and competent with audience-engagement methods and techniques appropriate for all types of audiences

  • 3 years experience with adult learning, instructional design, professional development, curriculum development and performance improvement

  • Excellent understanding of common industry standards as related to ERP with an understanding of standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment) as well as support (Cases Management and Territory Management)

  • Excellent people skills, including successful experience managing people or groups

  • Proactive approach and desire to launch and successfully execute new initiatives

  • Strong team player with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage internal and external responsibilities simultaneously

  • Successful resource allocation, timeline and project management experience

  • Ability to create and track individual and team metrics

  • Outstanding communication skills; presentation, written, verbal, listening and influencing

  • Previous consulting experience, preferably in enterprise ERP software implementations

  • NetSuite solution experience preferred - HOWEVER competitive vendor platforms will be considered.

  • Bachelor s Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning or related field preferred - OR recognized equivalency or achievement of a recognized professional level
