Oracle Principal Product Manager - Fusion B2B Framework in Nashua, New Hampshire

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.

As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management has an exciting product management opportunity for a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual to be part of a team responsible for building the common B2B infrastructure for Fusion applications.

The Product Manager will be responsible for the collaboration messaging product and will be the go-to person for managing product requirements, prioritizing them and working with scrum teams to deliver features that address the requirements in the specified timelines.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication, prioritization, cross-functional team collaboration, and problem solving skills in addition to relevant functional knowledge of the required product areas.


  • Work with Product Strategy to review and prioritize product requirements

  • Work with internal product teams to understand B2B messaging use cases that need to be addressed by the framework

  • Create functional design documents including use cases and user stories that clearly articulate desired functionality.

  • Collaborate with scrum team members including development, quality assurance and documentation to build and deliver great products to customers.

  • Assist in managing the product backlog and prioritizing product enhancements, customer and partner requests

  • Partner with Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Professional Services, and Support to successfully roll out new releases and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.


  • Must be a self-motivated team player.

  • Ability to gather complex customer requirements and translate them into functional design documents and use cases for design verification

  • Knowledge in the following functional areas: B2B integration, purchasing, inventory management, invoicing, order management and order fulfillment

  • 10 years of product management experience, preferably in the functional areas mentioned earlier.

  • BA Business Administration or BS Computer Science/Engineering required, MBA a plus.
