JOB SUMMARY Assist the Consulting Financial Analysts with financial, budgetary, and personnel support functions for the appropriate Division COIDs. Also, assist with financial and journal entry functions for North Carolina Division.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES % of Time and Description 25% - Assist with month-end close process: Prepare and post reclass, intercompany, and accrual entries monthly. Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations. Post stats in QMIRS
10% -Assist with monthly reporting
5% - Assist with budgets
5% - Assist with Service Agreements
10% - Coordinate completion of paperwork (Concur department changes, new users, new vendor paperwork)
10% - Assist with Simplify IT reporting
10% - Assist with running labor reports in Planview
10% - Assist with preparing Tax and Reimbursement workpapers
10% - Ensure financial reporting complies with HCA accounting policies.
5% - Other adhoc analysis and other duties as assigned

EDUCATION College Graduate Required - Undergrad
