Work you ll do

In this interesting and diverse project based role, you ll have the opportunity to work with our Identity and Access Management team. You will be involved in:

  • This is a multi month to multi year project based role and will require minimal travel

The Associate will manage the Medicare system security program and ensure the implementation of necessary safeguards. The PA will be organizationally independent of IT operations and cannot have responsibility for operation, maintenance, or development. The PA will be primarily responsible for leading teams thatdesign, develop, and implement systems and processes to capture, integrate and distribute information in an enterprise. Lead the identification of security threats and vulnerabilities. Provide solutions by working with business and technology teams to consult on prevention and handling for security threats on Medicare System.

  • This role will require for you to belocal to Nashville or bewilling torelocate to Nashville until the duration ofthe project

    Good written and verbalcommunication skills and client interaction skills

    Understanding of service levelagreements, incident management systems / ticketing tools and prioritization ofincidents/enhancements

    Knowledge of basic security concepts(encryption using keys, SSL, HTTPS)

    Experience in information gatheringand documentation of CMS System Security Plan, IRS Safeguards Security Report,SSA Security Design Plan, CMS Privacy Impact Assessment

    Deep experience with auditrecommendations and risks

    Experience required in one or moreof the following areas: Human and Health Services Security and Privacy Compliance,NIST 800-53, MARS-E 2.0, HIPAA, ISO 27001

    Minimum 3 years of experienceleading teams in administration, maintenance and compliance as it pertains toenterprise risk/governance

    Bachelor's degree in IT relatedfield or equivalent experience
