The Key Talent Acquisition and Development Coordinator will be responsible forsome or all of the following, but not limited to, under direction of the Key Talent leaders:

Administratively support Key Talent Executive Recruiters and Key Talent Management Directors with talent acquisition and development programs and process.

Requisition Management

  • Requesting requisitions and assigning to the appropriate recruiter
  • Schedule and complete intake and follow-up calls with Hiring Managers
  • Building requisition templates
  • Posting open positions on the HCA careers website and other external job boards
  • Dispositioning non-qualified candidates in Taleo
  • Kicking off pre-employment (background check, drug screen, education/employment verification)

*Candidate Management *



  • CRM database management
  • Partnering with executive assistant’s on interview and travel for internal candidates
  • Scheduling candidate phone interviews
  • Setting up internal corporate candidate phone screens with Key Talent Directors
  • Develop and maintain Key Talent Acquisition candidate grids
  • Key Talent external candidate reference check write ups
  • Schedule KTD 30 day onboarding calls/Assess debriefs with new/promoted colleagues
  • Processing offer letters and SIRVA relocation benefits
  • Communicate with HRBP on new hire information (name, title, effective date) Event Coordination, Calendar Management/Support/Follow-up, and Travel Management

  • Post Key Talent external job advertisements and process invoices

  • Coordinate events including creating announcements, invitations, venue set up, hotel, food, activities, etc.
  • Development program selection calls, calibrations, and travel Analysis/Reporting/Data Manipulation

  • Develop and maintain reports – Quarterly Governance reports; Weekly Division reports and Ad hoc reports

  • Perform administrative activities including creating PowerPoint presentations, creating and disseminating program communications, website (Atlas) creation and maintenance, program participant tracking and follow-up, etc.
  • Utilize HR systems such as Taleo, Avature, HR Analytics, and various tracking dashboards to assist in monitoring the teams and program progress
  • Manage candidate and hiring manager experience survey and analyze data accordingly
  • Compilation of MOR metrics from Key Talent team members Career Documentation Data Management & Corresponding Communication

  • Pre-hire ASSESS follow up for completion

  • Resume data management & follow up
  • TMS data extraction

SharePoint site management

Experience:

  • 1-3 years
