JOB SUMMARY

Lead and direct the design, development, configuration, customization, and support of the infrastructure associated with HCA’s ERP Systems and related products. Responsible for the coordination and direction of cross-functional teams of technicians and analysts on strategic programs, projects, and activities. Direct responsibility for ERP Systems and Security Administrators. Products include but are not limited to Lawson HR/Payroll, Lawson Financials, and AP workflow applications.

Responsible for daily Lawson System Administration and Security operational tasks in addition to turnover of Lawson programs from development through production, monitoring of the system, and routine troubleshooting. Ensure that the Lawson System is available according to published service level agreements.

Set strategic and tactical direction for Lawson Infrastructure, Environments, Product Lines, security design, maintenance of security, etc.

Work directly with Business Owners and development teams on new development and issues related to all ERP Systems and related applications.

Will have people management responsibilities for staff (7-10) for performance appraisals, recommendations for merit and promotions, and other administrative duties.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand the organization’s demand for Lawson administration and security work, to allocate it appropriate to the skills and capacity of other team members, and to provide oversight to ensure the quality and timeliness of this work

Interface with other functional support groups in the planning and execution of work involving Lawson administration and provide oversight for architectural design, construction, & implementation using current IT&S best practice technologies.

Maintain current knowledge in Lawson, Lawson security, and related technologies and techniques, and to provide leadership to team members in the innovative application of such to the needs of the organization; to set technical direction of the team

Manage integrity of system instances via change control processes.

Manage the infrastructure of all products under the responsibility of HR/Payroll and Financial Systems.

Qualified candidates will have 3-7 years of relevant work experience and 1-3 years of management experience.

College graduate preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORKING CONDITIONS

This position will require periodic on-call responsibilities. Prolonged sitting at CRT.

Occasional weekend work or work during night shifts may be required in order to complete assigned tasks.
