Summary of Key Responsibilities: Leads large, cross-functional business initiatives, as well as targeted improvement projects in specific business and functional areas. Applies advanced analytical techniques to develop a deep understanding of processes and leads functional teams through a disciplined approach to design, operate, control and continuously improve processes. Recommends modifications to people, processes, and systems to deliver improved operating results. Oversees implementation of change and drives accountability by Implementing control mechanisms to ensure ongoing sustainability of change.
Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to: * Apply appropriate tools and techniques to quickly develop detailed knowledge of business processes, how processes fit within the broader system, and the environment in which they work. * Collect data and apply advanced analytic techniques to enable assessment of the operating efficiency and effectiveness of business processes. * Identify and recommend process, systems, and people modifications to drive measurable improvement in key performance metrics (patient satisfaction, quality, profitability, physician engagement, colleague engagement). * Lead implementation of changes and manage impacted people through the change journey. * Communicate and partner with internal and external organizations to ensure successful implement of change. * Implement effective control mechanisms to ensure implemented changes are sustained post project. * Serve as point of contact for status of all assigned areas of focus. * Develop process and structure to prioritize target areas for process improvement efforts * Manage team members to develop process improvement capabilities.
_Education:_ Minimum Required:Bachelor’s College Degree (4 year program) Preferred:Master’s Degree (1-2 year program)
_Experience:_ Minimum Required: * At least 1-2 years of corporate Project Management experience * Six Sigma Green Belt Certification * MS Office Suite Experience (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.) * At least 1-2 years of corporate Process Improvement experience * Experience in high visibility position in a fast paced environment * Must be able to present and communicate to senior executives and senior leaders including C-Suite * Strong organizational skills Preferred: * Clinical Research or healthcare experience preferred * Six Sigma Black Belt Certification * PMP Certification * Experience working across multiple cross functional teams in a corporate setting (i.e. IT department, finance, etc.) Do you find this opportunity compelling, if so we encourage you to apply?
