Job Summary – Member Support Analyst is responsible for leading tactical management of various operational activities and strategies related to InVivoLink’s business and products. As a Client Services team member, this analyst will be responsible for execution of assigned support specialties. As a member of the Operations organization, analysts work closely with clients and all areas of the organization to ensure we are executing on day-to-day operational and product management activities. Common projects will include supporting software implementations, monitoring software utilization, maintaining InVivoLink’s implant database, QA'ing and submitting reports, managing ZenDesk ticketing and support calls, and other internal or customer-facing projects. Excellent communications and a learning mindset are critical competencies.
Key Responsibilities– Provide excellent business analysis, project management, and general services for internal and external clients.
Duties (included but not limited to): * Client Service Operations * Analytics support: Execute on standard and custom reporting using Excel, Tableau, and presentation software (ex. Powerpoint). Run reports, QA data, look at outliers, tell stories that drive value. * Implementations support: Assist other InVivoLink operations staff by assisting with implementation project management activities such as training, system configuration, and adoption tracking. Doing these activities flawlessly makes InVivoLink’s customers happy. * User technical support (clinician, patient, business, other): Respond to online tickets and phone calls with excellent customer service according to InVivoLink service levels. * Content support management: Classify implant catalog data and assist with content management activities as needed. * Marketing and communications support: Assist the account management team with external communications and other activities as needed. * Track and report on service activities to guide InVivoLink quality improvement.
