HCA, Hospital Corporation of America Organizational Effectiveness Solutions Analyst in Nashville, Tennessee

Job Summary- As a member of the Parallon OE Team, this person will be responsible for developing leadership and staff competency regarding talent management, specifically with the Talent Management System (TMS) and Employee Engagement Solution. This individual will have deep understanding of system functionality. S/he will create the annual plans, administer plans and provide routine reporting/communication regarding workflow status. The OE Solutions Analyst will create electronic training aides and conduct training to the HCA Management Services HR community and leadership (Parallon BPG, HealthTrust/Supply Chain, HealthTrust Europe, and HealthTrust Workforce Solutions). Will perform analytics extracting data from the TMS, Employee Engagement solution, HRA and Assessment systems that will be utilized to form Talent Management Strategy and track Talent Management progress. The individual will work closely with LO&D and HRIS to insure process and plan alignment. In addition, will produce communications to corporate and field leaders, specific to the applications/data mentioned above. Responsible for updating and creating training to be housed on the Management Services OE Website.

Duties (included but not limited to):

  • Talent Management System TMS Administrator

    o System configuration and performance plan setup

    o Documentation creation

    o Troubleshoot reporting

    o Workflow/Schedule Compliance Communication

    o Reporting

    o Teach/Train employees on TMS (live and electronically)

  • Employee Engagement Solution

    o System configuration and org mapping setup

    o Communication to Corporate and Field

    o Troubleshooting reporting

    o Workflow/Schedule Compliance Communication

    o Generate ad hoc reporting as needed by HR and operational leaders

    o Teach/Train employees on Employee Engagement solution (live and electronically)

  • Understands proven instructional and training methodology, with the ability to design accordingly

  • Acts as a resource to HCA Management Services Corporate and Field leadership specific to all inquiries concerning the applications/solutions mentioned.

  • Communicates with Corporate and Field leadership through electronic applications on all HCA Management Services organizational effectiveness initiatives

  • Continually surveys the eLearning marketplace to understand latest eLearning technology available

    Bachelor’s degree highly preferred, consideration given to technical certifications.


    Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with HR systems and reporting/analytics (i.e., turnover, calibration, HRA). Web construction and maintenance. eLearning creation and execution.
