HCA is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Analyst within the Human Resources Group at our corporate headquarters in Nashville, TN. This position is designed to support company-wide efforts for administration and reporting of pre-hire assessments, employee engagement surveys, and exit interviews. Primary responsibilities will include data analysis and reporting, education, communications, project management, and quality control.

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the following under the direction of the Director or Senior Consultant:

Data Analysis and Reporting * Conducts data analysis of large datasets for assessments and employee engagement * Translates complex data into insightful and actionable recommendations * Partners with other analytics functions to increase efficiency for reporting * Manages organizational structures for reporting needs * Develops standardized reports for performance tracking across the company * Creates ad-hoc reports for unique business needs * Prepares presentations for key executive audiences Education * Responds to field inquiries for reports * Provides training to hiring managers, HRBP’s and business leaders * Assists field stakeholders with report interpretation * Creates toolkits and video-based instructional guides for processes and reports * Conducts webinars with the field to understand resources Communications * Prepares communications to keep field informed of upcoming processes and timelines * Conducts stakeholder analysis to identify key stakeholder groups across all projects * Creates calendar of planned communications to be distributed throughout the year * Prepares communication templates to be leveraged by business leaders Project Management * Monitors response rates throughout survey administration * Assists in the distribution of reports * Manages and monitors action plan completion rates * Oversees vendor website access and account management Quality Control*

  • Conducts quality control analyses to ensure reports and presentations are error-free
  • Reviews reports from vendors for accuracy before field distribution

EDUCATION * Undergraduate Degree Required; Master's Preferred EXPERIENCE * 1-3 years similar experience required
