This position is integral to the success of the Ethics and Compliance Program. The VP, E&C oversees setting standards, communication and training, relationships with ECOs and Responsible Executives and the program assessment function

*MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES * * Manages the E&C policy development process * Manages the Code of Conduct training development process * Ensures Ethics and Compliance Officers (ECOs) are appointed, trained and supported in their role * With the SVP and Chief ECO, establishes and maintains relationships with Responsible Executives (REs), including review of annual work plans and ongoing collaboration * Responsible for the Department’s communications including intranet and internet sites and quarterly ECO newsletter * Provides leadership and direction to the Director of Compliance Program Assessment * Participates on various standing and ad hoc committees and working groups or initiatives * Speaks to internal and external stakeholders * Performs other duties as assigned * Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement.”


Bachelor's Degree Required Juris Doctorate Preferred
