Position: Business Development Manager

This is a new, exciting opportunity for sales leaders who will be responsible for expansion of business in Germany and EMEA region for newly acquired company by Arrow. You will have the opportunity to lead the business sales strategy by acquiring new clients and building your salesforce.


  • Acquire new customers.

  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue targets.

  • Potential to build and manage sales team

  • Manage, Groom, Motivate and provide leadership to the sales team

  • Must be able to navigate sales cycles in different European countries

  • Capable of consultative selling in Engineering Services Industry by creating differentiators and a higher value preposition for the services being proposed.

  • Build and Implement sales strategy that addresses different geographical consideration for various European countries.

  • Work with Arrow sales teams and eInfochips marketing team to support sales campaigns.

  • Participates in trade shows and events

  • Resolves customer issues in a timely and thorough manner.

  • Maintain relations with the accounts and expand the acquired accounts.

  • Establish and monitor performance reporting systems


  • Have successful sales record of accomplishment in Engineering Services Industry preferably in Product Engineering Services...

  • Have experience of managing and building strong Sales Team

  • Have a successful track record of delivering revenue targets.

  • Must have track record of getting new customers.

  • Have excellent relationship and account management skills.


  • A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in selling Engineering Services in the given territory.

  • Master’s in Business Administration with sales specialization will be added advantage.


He/she will be a hands-on, “roll-up-the-sleeves” type with a “whatever it takes to get it done” attitude. The successful candidate must be effective operating in a multi-disciplined technology environment. The successful candidate should be open to learn new processes and technologies.

  • Be a consummate team player.

  • Interface well with Client Engineer Team members and other Business Units of eInfochips
