Position: EMEA Marketing Director

We currently have a new and exciting opportunity available for commercially focused and strategic EMEA Marketing Director who will take ownership of all corporate marketing activity across 30+ countries we operate in EMEA region. The person selected for this role can be based in one of our offices in Neu Isenburg, Paris or Harrogate and will be reporting to Chief Marketing Officer. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal senior stakeholders and multiple areas to make an impact on.

You will be responsible for leading brand strategy, strategic sponsorships, corporate social responsibility and multiple additional areas of marketing helping drive business' growth. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the potential of technology are therefore an absolute must!

Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for EMEA brand strategy, communication, innovation roadmaps, PR communications, work-streams etc.

  • Managing and coordinating company's marketing function across multiple locations and sub-functions to meet company’s business requirements.

  • Working within corporate strategies and policy frameworks; designing, proposing and monitoring marketing strategies, guidelines and procedures within global principles and policies set by the organization to meet marketing requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.

  • Developing and attaining key performance indicators for implemented marketing strategies.

  • Overseeing brand introductions, marketing campaigns, identifying sponsorship opportunities and assessing their success.

  • Managing and motivating pan-EMEA marketing team; reviewing and assessing performance, building employee capacity, supporting their professional development and enabling employees to optimize their contribution to the company.

Role requirements

  • Extensive experience in leading diverse marketing function(s) across multiple locations, cultures and geographies

  • Strong business acumen and commercial focus

  • Experience of working in technology industry will be strongly preferred but the ability to understand the potential of technology is an absolute must

  • Pragmatic approach

  • Exceptional communication skills and cultural awareness

  • Agility and resilience; ability to lead change effectively
