Hilton Director of Parking in New Orleans, Louisiana

To manage, administer, and supervise all parking operations, in order to maintain the highest level of courteous, professional, and efficient service to all internal and external guests while maximizing revenues.

What will I be doing?

Manage and direct parking staff to include hiring, scheduling, training, performance

evaluations, coaching, and counseling to ensure compliance with Hilton high quality standards.

Manage and direct the parking facilities to include monthly contracts, guest accounts, violations

of parking policies, and parking related claims.

Maintain, generate, and conduct daily audits of departmental revenue reports and tickets such as the valet 24-hour reports, various parking ticket logs, and ensure the Assistant Director of Parking Operations is completing the overage and shortage reports to ensure proper reporting of revenue numbers to the Finance Department and addressing and documenting revenue discrepancies and violations.

Ensure guest tickets are extended through the respective lengths of stay, void dispenser tickets received from Front Desk, generate a daily parking data report, and confirm Parking Data File; create an exception report and resolve any inconsistencies. Ensure that all billing information is turned into the Finance department on a daily basis.

To lead manage and execute strong sales strategies for the self and valet operations
