The Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist is a member of the Upstream Deepwater Gulf of Mexico Process Data Systems team and has the daily operational responsibility for ensuring the Industrial Cybersecurity Integrity of the Process Control Systems on assets in the Gulf of Mexico (GOM). This includes but is not limited to providing cybersecurity sustainability services, operational support, networking, and system integration design. The Industrial Cybersecurity Specialist is co-leader of a team of technicians who provide Industrial Control Systems (ICS) run and maintain sustainability services and Brown Field project support for assets in the GOM, is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to asset management regarding questions on industrial cybersecurity, and is a driving force for implementing security measures and contributing to the managers’ and employees’ ability to fulfill their information security responsibilities.
Act as the primary focal point for all ICS Process Control Domain issues regarding systems, networking, and cybersecurity.
Identify current and future non-compliance items and develop plans to remediate to ensure cyberthreat risk management
Engage the site, project staff and contractors to drive embedding of local processes and procedures and awareness training required to meet the standards.
Ensure the criticality of the ICS is documented in the appropriate asset registers and other systems of record.
Establish and mature operational processes and supporting tools to ensure they are fit for purpose and ensure the implemented security controls perform as intended.
Plan and organize the information security related work within theICS environment.
Review new standards, processes, and tools from a technical and operational perspective and translate these into work instructions, guides, etc.
Continuously look for ways to improve our current Cybersecurity capabilities through technology or procedural changes at a pace that is sustainable in the organization.
Perform technical reviews of Asset Management of Change (MOC) proposals and execute implementation tasks.
Attend and participate in asset team meetings as needed to stay informed of current and planned projects.
Work with asset teams to support ongoing field improvement projects related to the ICS and determine resource requirements for these projects.

Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering or industrial technical automation.
Minimum of 8+ years combined operating environment work experience in both IT and control and automation disciplines.
Experienced in process control network and infrastructure design, including network domain segregation concepts.
Experienced in the IT risk management methodology for server infrastructure and applications.
Experienced in the day-to-day run and maintain activities, including anti-virus software, system patching, back-up and restore asset inventory management and intrusion detection monitoring.
Familiar with security incident management, escalation and after-action review methodology.
Offsite and offshore travel to Deepwater Gulf Of Mexico assets required.
Must be able to pass HUET training and keep certification current.
Must be able to obtain and keep US TWIC certification current.
