Where you fit
As Offshore Installation Manager (OIM) for the Asset Management Team, you will be the onsite ultimate work authority at Shell’s TLP in the Gulf of Mexico. You will also carry the responsibility of managing the production operations team on the facility and will be responsible for:

Requirements:
What we need from you
We’re keen to speak to talented individuals with USCG OIM License in good standing. You will also have demonstrated knowledge and competent leadership and management skills in Health, Safety and Environment, emergency preparedness and response, MOPO/SIMOPS control.
You will be experienced in and applying leadership skills in Utilities, Marine, Production, Construction, Logistics, Drilling and Well Servicing, Business Plan development input and HSE management. Equally as important is your gained experience in high-pressure, high volume well operations, deepwater specific challenges such as hydrate prevention, subsea operations, gas-lift experience, etc.
You also have team based organizational skills, creating a culture of learning and commitment to high performance, diversity & inclusiveness, networks and works well with other leaders to assure inter-departmental and inter-asset best practice sharing and learning. At the same time demonstrating commitment to learning and improving own personal leadership and effectiveness, with a passion and competency in coaching and mentoring.
Lastly, you must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer
