IBM Adobe Marketing Cloud Architect, Consultant in New York, New York
The IBM GBS Digital Strategy & Interactive practice is a team of experienced Strategy, Digital and Rapid Design thinking consultants who collaborate with our clients to envision their future digital enterprises. You won’t just do whitepapers; you help clients rapidly get business outcomes from strategy through to testing and building new products and experiences. You will not be only digitally minded either, but have deep industry knowledge, and know what works in our clients’ business.
IBM Global Business Services (GBS) is currently seeking an experienced architect to help clients architect and implement components of the Adobe Marketing Cloud suite of tools. The ideal candidate will have both architecture and implementation experience with products such as Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Target, and Adobe Analytics. Experience with data architecture for marketing is a plus, as is knowledge of integration patterns for enabling Adobe Cloud.
Interact directly with both business and technical client and IBM team members to understand the engagement requirements and drive to the solution.
Oversee all aspects of Adobe architecture and development efforts
Develop implementation architecture and development requirements, creating high-level to detailed-design documents
Manage and/or participate (hands on) in the implementation of Marketing Cloud components such as Adobe Experience Manager, Campaign, Target, Analytics, and Audience Manager
Create system level design and detailed technical architecture documents.
Support new business development opportunities with emphasis on experience delivery platforms including Adobe Marketing Cloud.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
5-7 yrs exp.in solution architecture & design for digital exp. management platforms.
At least 3 yrs exp. implementing Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions
Knowledge of scripting technologies like Node.js for data, content retrieval and persistence & service orchestration.
3 yrs of exp. in architecting solutions using integration technology & approaches such as API/REST Services (services provider & services client).
Understanding of data management architecture paradigms for Adobe Marketing Cloud (on-site, off-site/cloud, hybrid)
Knowledge in multiple full life cycle software development processes, approaches & methods.
Knowledge of Agile Marketing
Experience with Agile project execution
Able to lead work teams
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Understanding of Journey Orchestration
Understanding of performance metrics for marketing
Understanding of Cloud technologies.
Understanding of marketing performance metrics and models
