Responsibilities:

Deloitte Consulting LP is seeking a Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist Senior to join the consulting search team and deliver strategy, solutions, and services focusing on digital presence.

The scope of responsibilities includes leading and supporting workstreams related to:

Paid search strategy, including bid strategy audits and new bid strategy development.

Paid search execution as needed, including forecasting, budgeting, pacing, campaign creation, landing page development and testing, and optimization

Performs advanced research and analyses on search performance metrics such as quality score and competitive analyses

Measures the effectiveness of SEM strategies in terms of ROI, traffic, and conversion against the overall goals of the business, making sure SEM campaigns stay aligned with business objectives

Fluency with all paid search products, including Product Listing Ads, Dynamic Search Ads, and Remarketing.

Integration with the organic search team for paid search/organic search overlap strategy, including efficiency plays and earned/owned site transition strategy

Campaign acquisition support for content and branding projects.

The Specialist Senior may also support the paid search pipeline and operations.

Requirements:

5 years of full-time agency or other client-facing SEM experience preferred

Breadth of client facing expertise:

oExperience leading paid search projects and/or ongoing paid search accounts

o Experience with account strategy

oCertified in Google Adwords, Gemini, and Bing Ads

oExperience with Kenshoo and/or Marin

oExperience with web analytics including major tools like Site Catalyst and Google Analytics

oExperience pitching a plus

oSEO Proficiency a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills:

oComfortable interacting regularly with both subject matter experts as well as business owners of all organizational levels, presenting complex information in a way that is easy to understand, and tailoring it to different audiences, including client and Deloitte leadership (e.g., present clear business choices or actionable steps, rather than a technical breakdown of the problem)

oAbility to offer and defend solutions to business problems based on experience and best practices

oCollaborative working style to build relationships

oStrong project management skills

Ability to triage and prioritize many competing needs, monitor and maintain momentum on a number of concurrent projects for numerous stakeholders

Ability to compile and analyze search data and metrics and present formal recommendations to leaders using PowerPoint and/or MS Excel

Ability to lead training sessions or instructive meetings with diverse groups

Ability to work in a matrixed organization; experience in large corporate setting a plus

Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to travel required

Bachelor's Degree
