Applies experience from brand or strategy consulting, and data analytics to successfully act as the product owner for analytics initiatives. Consults on the creation of analytics solutions that effectively measure the impact of brand marketing efforts and other top-of-funnel activities (both digital and analog) on business KPIs. Weigh business and technical tradeoffs using an intermediate understanding of business strategy as well as relevant data and marketing analytics experience.


This position is expected to manage analytical exercises related to: brand marketing, advertising performance, upper funnel measurement, customer perception impact measurement, site traffic and digital engagement measurement, etc.

Consults with internal clients to identify opportunities to implement measurement data science solutions to business problems at an intermediate level

Create measurement strategies and learning agendas in consultation with the Digital Analytics and senior team members and internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing / Brand)

Leverage available data to generate insights that help tell the story in an articulate manner

Applies understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work

Familiarity with big data concepts.

Uses expertise, judgment and precedents to contribute to the resolution of moderately complex problems

Collaborates with one or more business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performance metrics.

Leads development of solutions with low complexity and risk.

Understands and recommends modeling techniques to data scientists.

Presents recommendations to senior staff.

Shares insights across teams.


Minimum 3 years total business experience

2 years experience strategy consulting, brand strategy, or brand measurement in large companies or agency

2 years of business experience leading analyses and initiatives with track record of business impact.

Knowledge of marketing measurement tools, such as channel-specific tools and multi-touch attribution tools

Experience with leveraging digital analytics tools to help understand impact of marketing campaigns

Familiarity with the Adobe Marketing tech stack preferred

Healthcare sector experience preferred

Strong knowledge of advanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multiple data sources.

Anticipates and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.

Demonstrates strong ability to communicate technical concepts and implications to business partners.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
