The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Support BIM/CAD Manager in setting up projects and maintaining standards
Support our structural group on multidiscipline projects
Work closely with project team and assist to complete projects on aggressive schedules
Develop models based on best-practices
Generate accurate construction drawings in various BIM/CAD platforms
Support the structural group in parametric modeling/computational design tasks
Integrate Revit with other applications (Autodesk, construction, cost estimation)
High school diploma
3+ years of experience in Revit working on structural projects
Experience with Revit’s advanced features
Proficient in AutoCAD and MicroStation
Strong detailing capabilities
Detail-oriented and technical
Ability to work in a team environment
An interest in keeping up with the latest software and hardware innovations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of Dynamo and parametric modeling
Experience using Navisworks and other BIM tools
Knowledge of programming language such as C#, VB or Python
Creative and innovative thinking to solve both modeling and drawing production challenges
