We bring deep process knowledge and insight into areas that are suitable for outsourcing and those that may better be retained, and assist our clients in developing robust, forward looking strategies for global delivery at optimal cost. Our BPO advisory services team supports clients in implementing their selected strategies, including driving the process to select a vendor, negotiate a contract, and transition to a new operating model. Our clients are major multi-national corporations across industry sectors, with a footprint covering the Americas, Europe and Asia Pacific. Work you ll doYou along with dynamic colleagues will help organizations create a single enterprise organization or network of Shared Services and Outsourcing relationships. Consultants will participate in setting engagement objectives and scope; develop work plans for components of engagements, coordinate activities between work streams and identify changes in scope. They will design deliverable content to precisely reflect the engagement contract and client needs and strive to improve deliverable quality through verification and validation of results. Using our deep sector and technical expertise we transform our clients core business and operations, helping them to prepare for growth, embrace the digital agenda and maximize operational efficiency.Learn more about our Operations Transformation practice.Senior Consultant QualificationsRequired:Subject matter expertise in the Outsourcing and/or Offshoring, Shared Services or multiple back office functional optimizationsUnderstanding of vendor landscapesAbility to analyze and apply outsourcing trendsAbility to interact at all levels of the client organizationMinimum of a Bachelor's degree and 2 years consulting/and or industry experiencesAbility to travel 80-100% Preferred: Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
