Location

The BusinessAnalyst role is co-located in New York, NY and Darien CT. The candidate will berequired to travel between offices on occasion.

Work You ll Do

As a Strategy Business Analyst , you ll workin a fast-paced environment that exposes you to a variety of experiences acrossindustries, disciplines, and geographies, while you develop your businessskills. You will work alongside industry-leading clients to help them makedecisions and implement enhancements to their organizations strategy, productivity,performance, and long-term profitability. You ll also assist in determining the requirements of clients projectsand programs by defining, analyzing, and managing requirements to help fulfillclients needs. While the specific jobdeliverables will vary according to clients needs, our Strategy Business Analystshave the broad skills needed to tackle a wide variety of business initiatives. You will havethe opportunity to exercise strong analytical and critical thinking skills withthe chance to solve complex problems and communicate your findings. You willwork independently and collaboratively with a team.

A Strategy Business Analyst strategizesand delivers market-leading solutions to clients to promote growth and addressthe evolving needs of their businesses. This consultant enhances competitive positioning, customerrelationships and core functions by: innovating and improving processesand experiences; implementing tools, new offerings and data poweredadvancements; shaping lifecycle activities; and architecting innovativeoperating models. This individual will help some of the largest and mostinnovative organizations address their most complex and pressing businesschallenges.

The Team

You will work alongside andlearn from cross-functional teams with leaders and peers with varyingbackgrounds, education, and experiences. Required Qualifications

Bachelor s Degree completed by Fall 2020 in these related areas of study:

oBusiness

oEconomics

oSTEM

oAccounting

oFinance

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.5)

Ability to travel 80-100%

An interest in consulting and/or investment management

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Ability to build Excel-based financial and operating models a plus
