Change Realization Leader Location: NYC, Hoboken or Remote USA or Canada We seek a Change Management expert to spearhead leading-edge technology transformation which impacts all levels of our organization. O versee and manage change and communication resources across multiple projects and implementation life cycle D evelop change impact assessments I ntegrate change management activities into the overall implementation plans and programs Partner with various business stakeholders to determine change impact and appropriate change deliverables Work with the business to establish baseline financial measurements Define and measures success metrics and monitors change progress Consult and coach project teams Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities as required Support change management at the organizational level Manage the change portfolio Identify, analyzes and prepares risk mitigation tactics Identify and manage anticipated resistance What You Need To Have Excellent track record in delivering practical and innovative approaches to change management in a large complex environment Experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts Leadership and team management experience Strong financial background and ability to determine meaningful financial measures and goals Experience with stakeholder management across all level of the organization Ability to work across multiple and diverse technology implementations Ability to mine data and understand patterns Problem solving and root cause identification skills Ability to partner, learn and understand functionality, user groups and business context quickly A solid understanding of how organization and people experience the change process Experience of change management principles, methodologies and tools Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle Experience managing large-scale organizational change efforts What Makes You Stand Out Seasoned change management leader, experienced in managing large-scale change initiatives across multiple and diverse businesses Keen interest in how the business works and comfortable working directly with business leaders to explore how change can benefits a business.
