What you’ll be doing...

The position to which you are applying is part of an organization that will be moving to Oath, a subsidiary of Verizon. When the move occurs, this position will transfer from Verizon to Oath.

You will be a key resource in the coordination of all major strategic initiatives across the Global Content business. Working directly with our VP of Content Integration & Operations; you will ensure the fluid management of all of our integration efforts. Working in a matrixed environment with high levels of ambiguity will be the modus operandi for you in this role. Critical to this role will be an attention to detail and ability to manage cross-functional teams to drive priorities across the business.

You will be expected to partner with multiple teams across each of the functional VP teams, in order to drive forward successful outcomes, minimize turnaround time and develop a personal means of storytelling.

Additionally this role will provide part-time support to the SVP of Global Content Acquisition, this will include management of materials and updates for all senior leadership forums/presentations.

  • Business operations support (VP & SVP).

  • Management of special projects & key initiatives across the business.

  • Coordination of materials and logistics for all key executive reviews & governance meetings.

  • CEO (Oath) reporting across all major content negotiations, key initiatives and operational work streams.

  • Process enablement, tools, and templates to improve content management & reporting across the entire Global Content organization.

  • The ability to identify and resolve problems independently; reporting progress and outcomes in various functional areas and across multiple levels.

  • Proactively coordinate with executive stakeholders to ensure consistency and clarity in communication; end-to-end management of deliverables and guidance to the working teams.

  • Make operational and strategic recommendations on key programs & objectives.

  • Perform executive-level analyses, program assessment, and recommend improvements, in order to deliver complex integration plans on behalf of senior leadership.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline; or four or more years of work experience.

  • Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business/business management related field.

  • Two or more years of experience building executive presentations

  • Strong storytelling skills and a commitment to excellence.

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead others through influence.

  • Strategy & operations experience at a leading management consulting firm.

  • Experience with presenting plans to all levels of management across an organization.

  • Dedication and determination to see things through from start to finish.

  • Effective working with people from all working backgrounds and functions; with a knack for developing relationships.

  • Experience in formulating and implementing strategies within well-defined time frames w/ multiple stakeholders.
