What you’ll be doing...
As the Consumer Experience Analyst, you will uncover and create actionable insights to drive our strategies, business decisions and overall competitive advantage. The work you do will inspire us to bring the best solutions to both the business and consumer market - because of our enhanced understanding of their needs. You'll design studies, gather primary and secondary research, manage our vendor partners, and ensure that we get the best market insights to drive our decision making. By helping us understand and anticipate customer needs, you'll be shaping what's next for us.
Support key stakeholders understanding of issues that impact customer experience.
Design and shape research designs (quantitative, qualitative and data projects) that yield actionable insights.
Manage quantitative research projects from design to delivery.
Conduct analysis of quantitative customer experience data.
What we’re looking for...
You'll need to have:
Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience
Experience with survey data related to consumer experience, customer satisfaction and/or Voice of Customer (VOC)
Experience with Stats software such as R, SPSS or SAS.
Experience in corporate marketing, market research firm, data analysis shop.
Even better if you have:
A degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing Research or Psychology.
Articulate, confident, and a team player-type of attitude.
