The candidate will be part of the digital analytics team as partof the broader marketing and sales advanced analytics group, with a role inbuilding requirements and web analytics reporting initiatives. Duties willinclude aligning with business and marketing partners to gather requirementsand KPIs, analyzing digital data, and developing hypothesis-driven/actionableinsights and recommendations, and actively engaging with our partners toexecute on recommendations and strategy.
We are seeking a candidate that has experience in working closelywith stakeholders in managing their digital goals and providing consultativesupport via reporting outcomes through meaningful dashboards and deep-diveanalysis.
This role will supportthe digital analytics team by developing dashboards, deep dive analyses, andad-hoc reports to our enterprise business and marketing partners.
Create measurementstrategies and learning agendas in consultation with the Digital Analytics andsenior team members and internal stakeholders (e.g. Marketing / Brand).
The role will have aspecific focus on web analytics data using the Adobe Analytics and AdobeWorkspace platforms.
Leverage available datato generate insights that help tell the story in an articulate manner.
Applies understanding ofkey business drivers to accomplish own work.
Uses expertise, judgmentand precedents to contribute to the resolution of moderately complex problems.
Collaborates with one ormore business partners to understand their problems and goals, developpredictive modeling, statistical analysis, data reports and performancemetrics.
Leads development ofsolutions with low complexity and risk.
Presents recommendationsto senior staff.
Familiarity with bigdata concepts a plus.
Minimum 3 years totalbusiness experience.
2+ years experience inweb analytics (Adobe Analytics a plus).
Technical skills thatwill enable proper debugging of analytics implementations.
Experience withleveraging digital analytics tools to help understand impact of marketingcampaigns.
Familiarity with theAdobe Marketing stack preferred (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, DTM).
Proficient knowledge ofMS Excel.
Healthcare sectorexperience preferred.
Strong knowledge ofadvanced analytics tools and languages to analyze large data sets from multipledata sources.
Anticipates and preventsproblems and roadblocks before they occur.
Demonstrates strongability to communicate technical concepts and implications to businesspartners.
Bachelors required, Masters or PHD preferred.
