As a Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
Be involved in the financial management of clients
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
Train, coach, and supervise staff
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand
The Marketing Analytics Manager is passionate about using data to help our clients make better decisions about their marketing activities and investments. The Marketing Analytics Manager helps our clients with the the entire marketing analytics lifecycle, from developing the design, creating campaigns and experiments, to helping clients implement learnings and insights into day-to-day marketing decision-making

Demonstrates considerable knowledge in the delivery analytic projects within professional services firms, consulting, retailer or agency settings;
Demonstrates hands on project experience in Adobe Marketing Cloud and/or SalesForce Marketing;
Proven experience working on performance and CRM marketing (through channels such as SEM, Display, and Email);
Experience in a quantitative discipline;
Extensive experience writing complex SQL queries;
Advanced data visualization and dashboarding experience, including experience with Tableau;
Ability to communicate complex analyses throughout the marketing organization, and build excitement and buy-in to analytics objectives and findings;
Experience working with large data sets to mine insights using statistical analysis;
Strong research and analytical mindset;
Experience in data query, reporting skills using SAS/SQL, and generating analytic reports;
Knowledge and understanding of marketing databases;
Proficient knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Demonstrated experience in developing strategy, standards, goals, and KPI's throughout the entire marketing funnel from awareness to purchase;
Ability to extract insights on behavior of customers acquired through performance channels using analytics tools, data platforms, and internal databases;
Ability to drive interpretation, socialization and adoption of operational marketing reports;
Experience surfacing analytical insights by proactively investigating root causes of aberrant data, and identifying opportunities for optimization;
Ability to lead design and implementation of experimentation necessary to improve channel efficiency, drive growth, and inform marketing investment decisions;
Experience working with data science team(s) to inform development of predictive models that guide digital marketing targeting and investments;
Experience working and defining attribution models in support of the analytics strategies deployed;
Ability to find new ways to improve digital effectiveness and understand the latest digital trends;
Big data experience (Hadoop, R, Python) is a plus.
