Core Industry Solutions - The US Core Industry Solution Offering encompasses industry vertical, sector specific solutions that leverage distinct technologies to drive operational change and automate the core our client s business. We incorporate expertise from across the firm to leverage common approaches, best practices, and strategic investments to scale these solutions according to industry strategy.

Captive Finance - Focuses on transforming how financial institutions operate across the Consumer Banking & Captive Markets industry and is enabled by our strategic relationships with the leading vertical platform players in the market. This market offering focuses on all the major captive finance lines of business (Retail and Lease Consumer Lending, Aftermarket Products, and Commercial Lending) and offers a range of services to clients from strategy through execution and operation.

To qualify for this position, a Senior Consultant MUST have experience with various sector packages preferably including at least one of the following: Digital Finance Transformation, Auto Captive Finance, or Capital Markets

  • Senior Consultants will lead and deliver large, complex client engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business and technology solutions for large companies.

  • Senior Consultant level responsibilities include: providing service excellence by identifying key client business issues, determining client needs by supplementing the standard assessment techniques and tools with innovative approaches, evaluating and validating analysis and developing recommendations for the client in the context of the overall engagement.

  • Senior Consultants implement and oversee the quality of deliverables and effectively manage the team and day-to-day relationships to ensure exceptional performance.

  • Senior Consultants participate in the development and presentation of proposals for business development activities.

  • Senior Consultants can lead small engagements or components of large, complex engagements.

  • A minimum of 4 years consulting and/or industry experience is required.

  • A Bachelor s Degree is required.

  • Willingness and ability to travel 80-100%

Qualifications: Preferred

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and MS Visio, PowerPoint, Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.

  • Strong delivery capabilities using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Superior critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills.

  • Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings.

  • Ability to lead large teams and oversee the development of deliverables.

  • Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.

  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

  • Must live within commuting distance of one of Deloitte s consulting offices.

  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
