PwC Experience Center - Strategy Senior Associate in New York, New York

A career in our Experience Strategy practice, within Experience Consulting services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients change customer behaviours through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and eventually implementation. You’ll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.

We help our clients synthesise user insights and customer experiences to develop strategies with designers and technologists that make a meaningful impact on product offerings. Responsibilities

As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above

  • Train and lead staff

  • Establish effective working relationships directly with clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

  • Job Requirements and Preferences : Basic Qualifications : Minimum Degree Required :Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience :3 year(s) of proven success in digital marketing roles with at least one year of managing teams Preferred Qualifications : Preferred Knowledge/Skills :Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge levels and success in roles executing and managing multiple, simultaneous digital strategy engagements, including delivery of personas, content strategy, user experience, optimization, analytics, and social and mobile strategy, emphasizing the following:- Providing guidance throughout activities as an account team partner and subject matter specialist, owning the strategic direction of accounts and application of process;- Establishing SOWs are followed explicitly, timelines and commitments are met for each client, all client work is conducted under a broader business or strategic context, understand the business context of the engagement.Demonstrates proven thorough knowledge and success in roles designing and implementing research methodologies, including leveraging the following specialized knowledge as it relates to digital marketing strategies to uncover patterns and themes that lead to consumer and market insights:- Quantitative and research acumen;- Business models and strategic marketing;- Strategy process, frameworks, models and strategic marketing and solutions.Demonstrates some proven abilities to develop strategy; as well as proven success and thorough abilities to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management.Demonstrates proven success in roles and thorough abilities to identify and address client needs, which include the following: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.
