A career in Resourcing and Deployment, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to work in cross line of service staffing helping our network be even more agile in the ever evolving markets we work with, providing the right people on the right projects at the right time. You’ll focus on ensuring that resources of suitable skills and calibre are available for tasks and activities as required as well as managing the education, planning, and skills enhancement associated with resources.
As a team, we maximise resource sharing and enable the delivery of PwC to our clients through line of service and cross line of service staffing, forecasting, utilisation, and workload balance while considering development and diversity initiatives.
As a Senior Associate, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Proactively assist in the management of several clients, while reporting to Managers and above
Train and lead staff
Establish effective working relationships directly with clients
Contribute to the development of your own and team’s technical acumen
Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients
Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and/or a proven record of success in Human Capital strategies for Market Line of Service teams, preferably for a global network of professional services firms, in the following areas: - Human Capital policy interpretation, metrics, sourcing, coaching and development, talent management, performance management and employee relations; - Human Capital strategies, goals and critical achievement targets; - Staffing data analysis, utilization, and forecasting; and, - Succession plan development and implementation.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success, in the implementation of Human Capital operational support to Market Line of Service teams, preferable for a global network of professional services firms, in the following areas: - Teaming and multitasking in a collaborative environment; - Building and maintaining relationships; - Interpreting and communicating HC policies and guidance; - Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires, transferees, and international secondees; - Conducting root cause analyses and developing action plans based on findings; - Solving problems, prioritizing tasks, independently making decisions, and/or escalating and consulting with the Market People Leader on more challenging issues; - Writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently, to and/or for all levels of internal staff and management; and, - Delivering timely and constructive feedback as well as coaching others to do the same.
