Insurer Consulting Analyst We are seeking a talented and motivated consulting analyst to support the Marsh Insurer Consulting Group. This position is for an analyst in Carrier Relationship Management, who works with the team as support to the project manager for large or complex account work, conducting research and analyses, creating proposal presentations and additional duties as assigned. Support Associate Insurer Consulting Leader for day-to-day communications with designated clients and follows up on correspondence; Candidate will work with team on individual projects to completion. Works with team to strengthen and grow account relationships. Work with the team on ensuing account management tasks including: requests and gathering of information from carriers and colleagues, participating on projects, liaising between internal professionals and organizing meeting logistics to ensure customer satisfaction. Support the project or account manager for the account team on larger initiatives or complex accounts, implements action plans, monitors progress, assures service meets or exceeds expectations. Work with the team to address client issues and concerns, helps to meet deliverables and ad hoc client requests in a timely manner. Develop strong relationships within the Insurer Consulting Group, Marsh and professional counterparts at client organizations. Develop an understanding of client businesses by conducting research, may provide research on industry or other analysis and prepares peer benchmarking studies for client and or team use. Attend and support client meetings Marsh colleagues by preparing documents and analytic research to be included in client presentations. Assist Associate Insurer Consulting Leader in addressing problems in a timely manner and applies judgement as to when and what to escalate up to senior level colleagues. Develop and maintain a fluency in the company's and assigned carrier’s products, colleagues and operations to enrich work performed and develop improved capabilities for their clients. Assist in the drafting and completion of essential comprehensive project documents, including data analysis intended for clients. Use creativity, analytic skills and technology to develop more efficient processes for the group. Uphold business and compliance standards when representing the firm while offering customized solutions and completing proposal work. What you Need to Have: Bachelor’s Degree Must have completed an Internship in Accounting, Consulting and/or Insurance Statistical Science experience MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) What Makes You Stand Out?
