Oracle Manager, Client Partner - Moat in New York, New York
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Executes the strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with Oracle Partners and executing the Partner Engagement plan. Establish and maintain partner preference for Oracle solutions. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas or sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Sales or sales management experience within technology industry. Ability to hire and train new Consultants. Demonstrated leadership skills and track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills.

About the Opportunity
Coach a team of Client Partners team to help meet or exceed revenue quota and maintain high retention rates across existing Moat clients.
Build a consistent and scalable sales and engagement process from client onboarding through the maturity of the client relationship.
Play an important role managing your team s opportunity pipeline and revenue attainment.
Source, interview, and hire great people to our growing sales force.
Create measurable performance objectives for each employee via regular reviews of performance against objectives.
Aid in management of client relationships, ensuring a successful partnership and overall positive experience with Moat and our products.
Work closely with the Director of Sales on go-to-market strategies, sales strategy and innovation.
Act as a role model for the team in the approach to client work and internal communications.
Educate publishers and advertisers on the value of Moat s intelligence and analytics tools to measure and elevate digital brand advertising.

You have a minimum of two (2) years management experience in a SaaS/Technology data or analytics solution.
You comfortable leading a team which focuses on both revenue expansion and retention across publishers, brand direct and/or agencies.
You have a proven track record of leading a team to meet or exceed revenue goals.
You have a proven track record of coaching a team to deliver high client retention rates (90% ).
You have a proven track record of hiring, scaling a team and growing top talent.
You are known for your tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and commitment.
You enjoy learning technology, but can translate that into value for clients/prospects.
You re curious, insightful, and perceptive.
