Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Customer & Marketing, Advertising, Marketing, & Commerce in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology to develop creative business solutions for clients. Develop IT Omni channel roadmap to deliver client s future state vision. Oversee the creation of functional and technology solutions to meet clients business needs. Responsibilities include defining systems strategy, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing solutions. Perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues. Develop and maintain strong relationship with key decision makers. Organize and lead pursuit teams, and participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process. Assess and define current Digital User Experience, Customer Journey, Content /Information Architecture and Operating/Governance Model. Develop digital marketing architecture in Windows, Linux and Unix environments. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive product offerings with Adobe, Omniture, ATG, Websphere and Adobe Analytics. Implement changes at the software infrastructure level by streamlining and consolidating content management systems with Agility CMS, Vignette and Adobe CQ/AEM. Create requirements documents and functional development documents, manage development processes with Sprint management tools including Rally and Jira, and utilize Project Management Tools including MS project and Basecamp to efficiently manage projects for clients. Perform end-state gap analysis, identify key regional challenges and develop guidelines and recommendations for content architecture, digital experience and operating models to improve efficiencies and unify technologies and processes. Institute governance processes based on operating models to monitor and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree or a foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Engineering (any), MIS or a related field.

  • Five years of progressively responsible experience in Digital Marketing.

  • Must have five years of experience with:

  • Developing digital marketing architecture in Windows, Linux and Unix environments;

  • Conducting market analysis to identify trends and competitive product offerings with Adobe, Omniture, ATG, Websphere and Adobe Analytics;

  • Implementing changes at the software infrastructure level by streamlining and consolidating content management systems with Agility CMS, Vignette and Adobe CQ/AEM;

  • Creating requirements documents and functional development documents, managing development processes with Sprint management tools including Rally and Jira, and utilizing Project Management Tools including MS project and Basecamp to efficiently manage projects for clients;

  • Performing end-state gap analysis, identifying key regional challenges and developing guidelines and recommendations for content architecture, digital experience and operating models to improve efficiencies and unify technologies and processes;

  • Instituting governance processes based on operating models to monitor and maintain compliance with policies and procedures.

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Master s degree or foreign equivalent in a stated field and three years of experience in Digital Marketing.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience is acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
