Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Manager, Human Capital, Organization Transformation in New York, NY and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.

Work You ll Do

Participate in projects for the design, reconfiguring, and implementation of new operating models for organizational structure design, business governance and control procedures, talent strategy re-alignment, customer and operational metrics, and budget re-appropriation using business process mapping. Assist client senior executives in utilizing organization perspectives and methods to execute business strategies, improve operations and performance, and optimize roles and responsibilities. Develop HR process maps and frameworks that support improved client future-state organizational design and alignment including HR processes and operations. Conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively. Design, evaluate, recommend, and approve changes of forms and reports. Participate in the delivery of Human Capital consulting services relevant to clients large scale projects, including cloud technology, executive alignment, communications, change readiness, and training for project teams, super users, end users, and executives. Develop high-level business process designs, including creating and updating process flows and mapping detailed requirements to documented process flows using advanced MS Excel, Access, Visio, and macros. Create work plans, scope deliverables, track milestones, and plan and manage resources utilizing MS Project and MS Excel. Use Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Web-Based Training (WBT), and Quick Reference Cards (QRC) to smoothly integrate data with clients native system. Develop and execute business strategies for change agent networks, including member recruitment and selection, onboarding, orientation, network deployment and maintenance to accelerate end-user adoption. Oversee project subject matter expert (SME) feedback session, internal QA process, role mapping, delivery schedule, and training deployment. Build environments for user acceptance testing (UAT) in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system before go-live. Deploy change, communications and training deliverables remotely while working with teams from multiple locations and time zones using Webex, eLearning tools, podcast, Brainshark, Skype, Quick Reference Guides and Cards. Gather information through research, conduct analysis, derive industry insights and develop client recommendations, and plan, design, and develop materials for internally deployed training sessions.

Requirements

  • Master s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management or a related field.

  • Three years of experience providing strategic organizational transformation consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company.

  • Must have three years of experience with:

  • Developing high-level business process designs, including creating and updating process flows and mapping detailed requirements to documented process flows using advanced MS Excel, Access, Visio, and macros;

  • Creating work plans, scope deliverables, track milestones, and plan and manage resources utilizing MS Project and MS Excel;

  • Using Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Web-Based Training (WBT), and Quick Reference Cards (QRC) to smoothly integrate data with clients native system;

  • Developing and executing business strategies for change agent networks, including member recruitment and selection, onboarding, orientation, network deployment and maintenance to accelerate end-user adoption;

  • Overseeing project subject matter expert (SME) feedback sessions, internal QA processes, role mapping, delivery schedules, and training deployment;

  • Building environments for user acceptance testing (UAT) in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system before go-live;

  • Deploying change, communications and training deliverables remotely while working with teams from multiple locations and time zones using Webex, eLearning tools, podcast, Brainshark, Skype, Quick Reference Guides and Cards;

  • Gathering information through research, conducting analysis, deriving industry insights and developing client recommendations, and planning, designing, and developing materials for internally deployed training sessions.

  • In the alternative, employer will accept a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in a stated field and five years of progressively responsible experience providing strategic organizational transformation consulting services on behalf of a global consulting company.

  • Any suitable combination of education, training or experience acceptable.

  • 80% travel required.
